"Legion Financial" OJSC bonds will be placed by subscription.

On August 27, 2024, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the bonds of "Legion Financial" OJSC were listed in the standard market segment of the Baku Stock Exchange.

Placement of the mentioned bonds will be carried out in the Baku Stock Exchange by subscription. Starting from August 27, 2024 and ending on September 29, 2024, the subscription for the bonds of "Legion Financial" OJSC will take place within 34 days. The placement of the bonds will take place on September 30, 2024
